目的 探讨和分析血尿酸与超敏C-反应蛋白与男性原发性高血压的相关性.方法 选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的55例男性原发性高血压患者为研究对象作为观察组,非高血压男性55例为对照组.测定并比较观察组和对照组血尿酸与血浆超敏C-反应蛋白.结果 观察组患者超敏C-反应蛋白浓度为(5.56±0.77) mg/L,而对照组超敏C-反应蛋白浓度为(2.19±0.56)mg/L,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者血尿酸含量为(413±101)μmol/L,而对照组血尿酸含量为(234±88) μmol/L,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 原发性男性高血压患者的血尿酸和超敏C-反应蛋白含量升高,二者与高血压的发生有关,控制二者的水平有可能有效控制高血压.

Objective To investigate the correlation of uric acid (UA) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) level in male patients with primary hypertension during progression of disease.Methods A total of 55 male patients with primary hypertension (observation group) and 55 patients without hypertension (control group) were enrolled.The serum levels of uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were detedcted and compared.Results The serum level of hs-CRP was (5.56 ± 0.77) mg/L in the observation group,and(2.19 ±0.56) mg/L in the control group.The serum level of UA was(413 ± 101) μmol/L in the observation group,and(234 ±88) μmol/L in the control group.The serum levels of hs-CRP and UA in the observation goup were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The patients with primary hypertension have high levels of hs-CRP and UA.Control of the levels of hs-CRP and UA may effectively control hypertension.
