新一代的高铁接触线将采用锆铬铜合金/复合线材(铜包钢)。现有的高铁接触线生产工艺不太适应于锆铬铜合金/铜包钢线料,为此本文介绍压力模拉拔工艺,从粘性力学的角度对压力模拉拔过程进行数学分析,找出增加的压力与压力模几何尺寸、拉拔速度、润滑油动力粘度之间的关系,实验表明当变形区锥角及拉拔速度相同时,使用压力模比普通模的拉拔力降低15%ц32%。
新一代的高鐵接觸線將採用鋯鉻銅閤金/複閤線材(銅包鋼)。現有的高鐵接觸線生產工藝不太適應于鋯鉻銅閤金/銅包鋼線料,為此本文介紹壓力模拉拔工藝,從粘性力學的角度對壓力模拉拔過程進行數學分析,找齣增加的壓力與壓力模幾何呎吋、拉拔速度、潤滑油動力粘度之間的關繫,實驗錶明噹變形區錐角及拉拔速度相同時,使用壓力模比普通模的拉拔力降低15%ц32%。

Contact wire of new generation used in high speed railway line is composed of Cr-Zr cop-per alloy/composite materials ( such as copper clad steel wire) . Production process of existing con-tact wire is not suitable for producing Cr-Zr copper alloy/copper clad steel wire. In order to solve this problem, pressure die technique to experimentally draw contact wire is introduced and the rela-tion between increased pressure and geometry dimension, pulling speed, dynamic viscosity is ana-lyzed via the principle of viscous mechanics. The experiment shows that pulling force is reduced by 15% ц32%, under the same reduction angle and speed.
