目的：调查2014年本院住院患者活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况，并对其临床应用进行统计分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究的方法，参照药品说明书、《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》《中药药理学》对药物使用适应症、用法用量、溶媒选择、溶媒量、疗程及不良反应进行分析，以限定日剂量( DDD)作为药物利用研究评价测定单位，结合药物利用指数(DUI)评价药物使用的合理性。结果该院9种活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用，存在溶媒选择不当、溶媒量少及超剂量或低剂量用药的不合理现象。结论临床医生应严格按说明书规范使用活血化瘀类中药注射剂，同时临床药师对用药医嘱进行审核和干预，共同促进合理用药，最终使患者受益。
목적：조사2014년본원주원환자활혈화어류중약주사제적사용정황，병대기림상응용진행통계분석，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법채용회고성연구적방법，삼조약품설명서、《중약주사제림상사용기본원칙》《중약약이학》대약물사용괄응증、용법용량、용매선택、용매량、료정급불량반응진행분석，이한정일제량( DDD)작위약물이용연구평개측정단위，결합약물이용지수(DUI)평개약물사용적합이성。결과해원9충활혈화어류중약주사제적사용，존재용매선택불당、용매량소급초제량혹저제량용약적불합리현상。결론림상의생응엄격안설명서규범사용활혈화어류중약주사제，동시림상약사대용약의촉진행심핵화간예，공동촉진합리용약，최종사환자수익。
Objective To investigate in our hospital in 2014 hospitalized patients with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM injections of usage, and for the clinical application of statistical analysis, providing reference for clinical ratio-nal drug use. Methods A retrospective study, the method of reference drug instruction, the clinical use of basic TCM injections principles, pharmacology of Chinese medicines, the medicine use of indications, usage and dosage, solvent selection, solvent amount, period of treatment and adverse reactions were analyzed, and to limit daily dose (DDD) as a drug utilization research evalua-tion measurement unit, combined with drug use index (DUI) to evaluate the rationality of drug use. Results The use of our 9 kinds of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM injections, there are improper selection solvent, solvent quantity is little, and ultra dose or unreasonable phenomenon of low dose of medication. Conclusion Clinicians should strictly according to the instruction manual specification using promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM injections, and doctor's advice for medicine clinical pharmacists audit and intervention, promote the rational use of drugs, ultimately benefit patients.
