根据动物蛋白胶改性剂的特性,利用北华大学实验室实验的结果,在延边长白山林业集团汪清林源木业有限公司连续平压高密度纤维板生产线上,进行了动物蛋白胶作为脲醛树脂胶黏剂的改性剂生产E0级地板基材的中试实验。结果表明:动物蛋白胶改性剂的添加,不但提高了地板基材的力学性能,还在降低甲醛释放量上具有显著的效果,可生产E0级地板基材;在提高地板基材的力学性能指标方面,粉状动物蛋白胶改性剂比膏状动物蛋白胶改性剂的效果更好;粉状改性剂添加量为12%时,高密度纤维板力学性能最好。
根據動物蛋白膠改性劑的特性,利用北華大學實驗室實驗的結果,在延邊長白山林業集糰汪清林源木業有限公司連續平壓高密度纖維闆生產線上,進行瞭動物蛋白膠作為脲醛樹脂膠黏劑的改性劑生產E0級地闆基材的中試實驗。結果錶明:動物蛋白膠改性劑的添加,不但提高瞭地闆基材的力學性能,還在降低甲醛釋放量上具有顯著的效果,可生產E0級地闆基材;在提高地闆基材的力學性能指標方麵,粉狀動物蛋白膠改性劑比膏狀動物蛋白膠改性劑的效果更好;粉狀改性劑添加量為12%時,高密度纖維闆力學性能最好。
근거동물단백효개성제적특성,이용북화대학실험실실험적결과,재연변장백산임업집단왕청림원목업유한공사련속평압고밀도섬유판생산선상,진행료동물단백효작위뇨철수지효점제적개성제생산E0급지판기재적중시실험。결과표명:동물단백효개성제적첨가,불단제고료지판기재적역학성능,환재강저갑철석방량상구유현저적효과,가생산E0급지판기재;재제고지판기재적역학성능지표방면,분상동물단백효개성제비고상동물단백효개성제적효과경호;분상개성제첨가량위12%시,고밀도섬유판역학성능최호。
With the characteristics of animal protein glue modifying agent , and the experiment results of Beihua University , we tested the animal protein glue as the modifier of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives production E 0 level floor base material of the pilot in the continuous pressure on the high density fiberboard production line of Yanbian Changbaishan Forestry Group Pools Linyuan Wood Industry co ., LTD.Adding animal protein glue modifying agent not only improved the floor base mate -rial mechanics performance but also had significant effect on the lower formaldehyde emission to produce E 0 level floor base material.In improving the mechanical properties of floor board indicators , powdery animal protein glue modifying agent was better than that of paste animal protein glue modifying agent .When the powder modifier addition amount was 12%, the high density fiberboard mechanics performance ( HDF) was best .
