目的：了解基层部队医院精神类药品的管理情况及存在的问题。方法对基层部队医院精神类药品的管理现状进行分析，并找出其中存在的问题，针对问题提出相应的对策。结果基层部队医院精神类药品的管理比较规范，没有出现因为管理不规范而导致的滥用现象存在。但基层部队医院的医师和药师对精神类药品的管理规范了解的不够彻底，对其管理的重视程度没有引起足够的重视。结论要加强基层部队医院精神类药品的管理。
목적：료해기층부대의원정신류약품적관리정황급존재적문제。방법대기층부대의원정신류약품적관리현상진행분석，병조출기중존재적문제，침대문제제출상응적대책。결과기층부대의원정신류약품적관리비교규범，몰유출현인위관리불규범이도치적람용현상존재。단기층부대의원적의사화약사대정신류약품적관리규범료해적불구철저，대기관리적중시정도몰유인기족구적중시。결론요가강기층부대의원정신류약품적관리。
Objective To investigate the management of basic military hospitals psychotropic drugs and problems. Methods The present situation the management of local military hospital psychiatric drugs for analysis and find out the problems, propose appro-priate countermeasures against the problem. Results The basic military hospitals psychotropic drugs more standardized manage-ment, there was no abuse as a result of management irregularities exist. But the grass-roots army hospital physicians and pharma-cists in the management of psychotropic drugs is not enough to completely understand the specification, the emphasis of its man-agement did not cause enough attention. Conclusion To strengthen basic military hospitals psychotropic drugs administration.
