在对相关文献收集、整理和研究的基础上,结合近年来在砂培方面的实践工作,针对性地总结砂培技术在果树矿质营养研究领域应用的重要技术环节。特别对砂培技术在果树微量元素缺乏研究中的可行性进行讨论。研究表明,砂培-定期加营养液适于梨、苹果砧木和嫁接苗的实验室培育。用于植物微量元素铁缺乏症研究时,在理论上河砂较石英砂理想。试验用砂在使用前进行严格的稀酸淋洗处理十分必要。选择适宜苗龄的材料、扩大材料样本数、延长试验材料的生长期有助于提高砂培条件下果树矿质营养研究的效率。

Combining literature research and related works in practice involving of sand culture, the application of sand culture in the study of mineral nutrition of fruit tree was reviewed. Especially, the feasibility of the technique applied in the mineral elements deficiency in fruit tree was properly discussed. Results showed that the technique of sand culture-adding nutrient solution regularly is suited to cultivate apple or pear seedlings under laboratory conditions. In the study of plant minimal element deficiency, river sand is better than quartz sand theoretically. In the pretreatment of medium, it was very necessary to leach sand with diluted acid. The measures such as selecting seedlings with appropriate age, expanding sample space and prolonging the developmental period of seedlings were benefit to improve the efficiency of the study of mineral nutrition of fruit trees.
