为探索有机酸膨润土在环保领域的吸附机理,本文以碱性钙基膨润土( ACBT)、丙烯酸膨润土( ABT)和甲基丙烯酸膨润土( MBT)为研究对象,将这三种改性膨润土作为吸附剂,用于吸附污水处理中重金属Cu2+和有机物亚甲基蓝,考察不同吸附剂用量,不同吸附时间,不同吸附温度下改性膨润土的吸附效果。实验结果表明,有机酸膨润土对亚甲基蓝有很好的吸附效果,吸附效率能达到97%以上,而对 Cu2+的吸附效果不如ACBT,在一定范围内,增加吸附剂用量有利于提高Cu2+和亚甲基蓝的去除率;同时通过扫描电镜( SEM)测试结果发现改性膨润土的结构对吸附也有一定影响。

For exploring the adsorption mechanism of organic acid bentonite in the field of environ-mental protection, this paper took the alkaline calcium base bentonite ( ACBT) , acrylic acid ben-tonite( ABT) and methylacrylic acid bentonite( MBT) as the research object. Using the three kinds of modified bentonite as adsorbents, which could adsorb Cu2+ and methylene blue in the wastewater treatment, the effect factors of adsorption such as the amount of adsorbent, adsorption time and ad-sorption temperature were investigated. The result showed that the Organic acid bentonite had better adsorption effect in adsorbing methylene blue, whose adsorption efficiency could reach above 97%, while the adsorption effect was worse than that of alkaline calcium base bentonite when adsorbing Cu2+. Within a certain range, increasing the adsorbent dosage was beneficial to improve removal ef-ficiency of Cu2+and methylene blue. The result of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) showed that the structure of the modified bentonite had some effect on adsorption.
