小儿先天性马蹄内翻足是儿童最常见的四肢畸形之一，目前病因尚不清楚。国内应用Ponseti疗法、改良Ponseti疗法、手术治疗、中医等方法治疗小儿先天性马蹄内翻足取得了较好的疗效，该文对此予以综述，以期为临床工作者提供参考。

Congenital clubfoot is one of the most common limb deformities of children, and its causes are un-known yet presently.In China, such methods as Ponseti therapy, improved Ponseti therapy, operative treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine, etc.have been applied in the treatment of the congenital clubfoot, and the curative effect is quite good.This article makes a summary on this respect, hoping to offer reference for the clinical workers.
