目的:探讨多功能高分子微泡( MPMBs)双模式成像效能及其联合超声对DLBCL弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤( DLBCL)细胞株SU-DHL-4增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:以机械振荡法制备共载阿霉素及超顺磁性氧化铁的MPMBs,观察其体外增强B超、磁共振显影的能力;将SU-DHL-4细胞株按处理方法不同分组,CCK-8法检测各组细胞活力,吖啶橙/溴化乙啶( AO/EB )双染法观察细胞形态。结果:MPMBs较普通高分子微泡( PMBs)具有更好的超声、磁共振显影效果;MPMBs联合超声对DLBCL细胞增殖的抑制强于其他处理组。结论:MPMBs是一种可集治疗与超声、磁共振成像于一体的多功能造影剂。

Objective: To investigate the dual-mode imaging ability of multifunctional polymer microbubbles ( MPMBs) , and to observe its effect on cell proliferation and apoptosis in SU-DHL-4 cells.Methods:The MPMBs were made by mechanical vibration method .Enhancement of ultrasound ( US)/magnetic resonance ( MR) imaging were evaluated in vitro.The SU-DHL-4 cells were divided into several groups according to different treatments , then the viability of cells were measured by CCK-8 assay and the morphologic changes were detected by AO /EB staining.Results: US/MR dual-mode imaging showed its better property compared with ordinary polymer microbubbles(PMBs).Besides, anti-proliferation effect of MPMBs combined US on cells was much better than other treatment groups .Conclusion:The MPMBs can be served as a mutifunctional imaging agent for treatment and imaging.
