静水压爆破试验是对螺旋埋弧焊接钢管承载能力的验证。介绍了静水压爆破试验的原理,分析了钢管承压应力和起爆位置裂口方向、试验装置等。以1219 mm×22 mm X80螺旋埋弧焊接钢管为例,进行静水压及爆破试验。结果表明:钢管内压19.5 MPa、保压600 s,未发现焊缝和管体泄漏;测试最高压力28.12 MPa 大于理论计算值22.56 MPa,钢管静水压稳压测试和最高压力满足 Q/SY GJX 130—2014《OD1219 mm×22 mm X80螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》水压试验要求。爆破口位于管体母材,爆破口为韧性断裂,爆破开口方向与理论分析一致。

Hydrostatic burst test is the design verification testing of carrying capability on spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe.The principle of hydrostatic burst test,analysis of steel tube bearing stress and the initiation position of gap direction and testing device etc.are introduced in this paper.Based on the example of 1 219 mm×22 mm X80 spiral submerged arc welded pipe, the hydrostatic pressure and the blasting test have been done for the pipe.When steel pipe was at 19.5 MPa,the pipe began to and the holding time was 10min.The test results show that the weld and pipe body leakage had not been found after holding pressure.The supreme test pressure which was 28.12 MPa was larger than the theoretical maximum pressure minimum value of 22.56 MPa.Hydrostatic pressure testing and the highest pressure meet Q/SY GJX 130-2014《OD1 219 mm×22 mm X80 spiral submerged arc welded pipe technology conditions》requirements of hydro test,and blasting port was at the pipe body of parent metal which was ductile fracture,and the blasting opening direction is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
