目的 检测稳定型心绞痛患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)和Apelin-12水平的变化,探讨其与冠状动脉狭窄程度、病变部位的关系.方法 以酶联免疫吸附法测定血清视黄醇结合蛋白4和Apelin-12水平;依据冠状动脉造影检查和Gensini评分结果分组.结果 与对照组比较,RBP4在GS1及GS2组中均显著高于对照组,Apelin-12显著低于对照组(P<0.01).与对照组比较,RBP4在单支、双支、三支病变组中均高于对照组(P<0.01),单支病变组与双支病变组比较差异无未见统计学意义(P>0.05),但单支病变组与三支病变组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Apelin-12在单支、双支及三支病变组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).与对照组比较,RBP4在LAD病变组中高于对照组、Apelin-12在LAD病变组中显著低于对照组,两者在右冠状动脉病变组、回旋支病变组与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 血清RBP4、Apelin-12水平和稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉病变狭窄程度有关,并且与冠状动脉病变部位有关.

Objective To detect the level change of RBP4 and Apelin-12 and to investigate the correlation of changes with coronary artery stenosis in patients with stable angina.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients who suffered stable angina with elective coronary angiography (CAG) were divided into two groups by gensini score(GS) system and the stenosis of each coronary artery was quantified:GS≤<32(GS1) and GS2 > 32 (GS2).Subgroups were divided based on the lesions of stenosis,the numbers and the locations of coronary artery diseased.Eighty six individuals with normal coronary angiography were selected as a control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the plasma Apelin-12 and RBP4 levels.Results Compared with control group,Apelin-12 levels were decreased and RBP4 were elevated significantly in GS (P <0.01).Compared with control group,RBP4 in single,double,triple vessel disease group was higher (P < 0.05);single,double vessel disease was no significant difference between the groups (P > 0.05),but in single and three there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.01).Apelin-12 in single,double and triple vessel disease,there were significant differences between the groups (P < 0.01).Compared with control group,RBP4 was higher in the LAD lesion group,but Apelin-12 was lower in the LAD lesion group.In the RCA,LCX disease groups there were no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions Concentration changes of Apelin-12 and RBP4 were induced by coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in stable angina based on the lesions,the numbers and the locations.
