目的 探讨RNA结合基序蛋白3(RBM3)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术[链菌素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法]检测103例胃癌、58例正常胃黏膜组织中RBM3的表达,分析其与病理参数和预后的关系.结果 RBM3主要在细胞核中表达.RBM3表达与T-分期[T1=1.97(0.00 ～3.00)、T2=1.66(0.00 ～3.00)、T3=1.09(0.00 ～3.00)、T4 =0.72(0.00 ～3.00),P＜0.05]、M-分期[M0=1.15(0.00 ～3.00)比M1 =0.74(0.00 ～3.00),P＜0.05]和分化程度[高分化=1.02(0.00 ～3.00)、中分化=0.91(0.00 ～3.00)、低分化=0.84(0.00 ～3.00),P＜0.05]显著相关.通过Cox回归分析表明,TNM分期、RBM3低表达是影响胃癌患者生存期的独立预测因素(P＜0.05).结论 RBM3可能在胃癌的进展中起重要作用,其蛋白低表达是胃癌患者预后差的独立预测因素.

Objective To investigate the expression of RNA binding motif protein 3 (RBM3) in gastric cancer and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the level of RBM3 in 103 cases of gastric cancer and 58 cases of normal gastric mucosa carcinoma,To analyze it is relationship with pathological parameters and prognosis.Results RBM3 mainly expressed in the nucleus.The expression of RBM3 were significantly associated with T-stage [T1=1.97 (0.00-3.00),T2=1.66 (0.00-3.00),T3=1.09 (0.00-3.00),T4=0.72 (0.00-3.00),P＜0.05],M-stage [M0=1.15 (0.00-3.00) vs.M1 =0.74 (0.00-3.00),P＜ 0.05] and differentiation grade [high =1.02 (0.00-3.00),moderate =0.91 (0.00-3.00),low =0.84 (0.00-3.00),P ＜ 0.05].Cox regression analysis showed that the expression of TNM-stage and RBM3 were independent predictive factors of survival in patients with gastric cancer (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion RBM3 may play a key role in the progression of the gastric cancer and the low expression of RBM3 was an independent prognosis factor in the poor prognosis.
