目的：探讨壮医莲花针背廊拔罐法治疗变应性鼻炎（ AR）的有效性及对特异性IgE（ S-IgE）表达的影响。方法从广西中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉门诊及壮医门诊招募符合方案的AR患者60例，随机分为A、B两组，每组30例，分别用壮医莲花背廊拔罐和丙酸氟替卡松喷雾剂（喷鼻，1次／d）治疗；疗程均为10 d，停药1周后继续第2个疗程治疗，2个疗程后观察两组的疗效及对S-IgE的影响。结果 A组的疗效优于B组（P＜0.05）。治疗后A、B组的S-IgE均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.01），A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。研究过程中并未发现不良反应事件。结论壮医莲花针背廊拔罐法治疗AR疗效确切，其机制为抑制S-IgE的表达。
목적：탐토장의연화침배랑발관법치료변응성비염（ AR）적유효성급대특이성IgE（ S-IgE）표체적영향。방법종엄서중의약대학부속의원이비후문진급장의문진초모부합방안적AR환자60례，수궤분위A、B량조，매조30례，분별용장의연화배랑발관화병산불체잡송분무제（분비，1차／d）치료；료정균위10 d，정약1주후계속제2개료정치료，2개료정후관찰량조적료효급대S-IgE적영향。결과 A조적료효우우B조（P＜0.05）。치료후A、B조적S-IgE균명현저우치료전（P＜0.01），A조여B조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。연구과정중병미발현불량반응사건。결론장의연화침배랑발관법치료AR료효학절，기궤제위억제S-IgE적표체。
Objective To study the effectiveness of using Zhuangyi-Lianhuazhen-Beilangbaguan for treating allergic rhinitis( AR) .Methods Sixty patients with AR in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups( Lian-huazhen group and Fluticasone group) .The Lianhuazhen group had a acupuncture using Lianhuazhen and Fluticasone group used Fluticasone nasal spray with a course of treatment of 10 days, and two courses in together.Another course of treatment was resumed after drug withdrawl for one week.The efficacy and S-IgE were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of Lianhuazhen group was more notable than that of Fluticasone group.After the treat-ment, the expression levels of S-IgE in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the two groups before the treatment (P<0.05) and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);No adverse reaction was found in the patients of the two groups.Conclusion The therapy of Zhuangyi-Lianhuazhen-Beilangbaguan is ef-fective and the therapeutic mechanism of inhibiting S-IgE expression may be involved in.
