目的 Graves病在造血系统主要表现为白细胞总数减低,可伴发血小板减少性紫癜,而合并全血细胞减少并不多见.其发病因素可能与患者年龄、Graves病本身、抗甲状腺药物及Graves病合并免疫相关性全血细胞减少症(IRP)等有关.本文通过以上相关因素的阐述,对提高该病的认识、避免漏诊及误诊提供依据.

목적 Graves병재조혈계통주요표현위백세포총수감저,가반발혈소판감소성자전,이합병전혈세포감소병불다견.기발병인소가능여환자년령、Graves병본신、항갑상선약물급Graves병합병면역상관성전혈세포감소증(IRP)등유관.본문통과이상상관인소적천술,대제고해병적인식、피면루진급오진제공의거.
Objective The change of hematopoietic system in patients with Graves' disease is mainly the total number of white blood cells decreased,sometime thrombocytopenia purpura can be seen but pancytopenia is rare.The risk factors are possibly related to patients' age,the disease itself,antithyroid drugs and Graves' s disease associated with immune-relate pancytopenia(IRP),etc.This paper aims to raise awareness to the disease and provide references for avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis by reviewing factors concerned.
