分别采用旋光法和苯酚硫酸法测定了芦荟粗多糖中多糖的含量。结果表明:旋光法测定的多糖含量与改进苯酚硫酸法的测定值基本一致,即0.0993 mg/mL和0.1065 mg/mL。说明两种方法测定多糖均准确、稳定可行。因此旋光法可作为一种更为简便、操作性更强的测定多糖含量的方法,应用于多糖产品的质量检测与监控。
分彆採用鏇光法和苯酚硫痠法測定瞭蘆薈粗多糖中多糖的含量。結果錶明:鏇光法測定的多糖含量與改進苯酚硫痠法的測定值基本一緻,即0.0993 mg/mL和0.1065 mg/mL。說明兩種方法測定多糖均準確、穩定可行。因此鏇光法可作為一種更為簡便、操作性更彊的測定多糖含量的方法,應用于多糖產品的質量檢測與鑑控。

Respectively by the method of polarimetry and phenol sulfuric acid method for the determination of Aloe coarse polysaccharide content of polysaccharide in. The results showed that optical method for the determination of the polysaccharide content and improved phenol sulfuric acid method for determination value were basically the same that was 0.099 3 mg/mL and 0.106 5 mg/mL; two methods for the determination of polysaccharide were accurate, stable and feasible. Therefore the polarimetry could be used as a simpler, more practical for the determination of polysaccharides content method , applied to the polysaccharide product quality testing and monitoring.
