就特长隧道而言,Ⅲ级围岩比例较大,其已成为制约工期、实现快速施工的关键。以广东省博深高速公路石鼓隧道为依托,探讨3车道大断面特长公路隧道独头掘进条件下Ⅲ级围岩快速施工方法,对半喷混凝土施工技术条件下的围岩稳定性、支护强度与承载力进行系统分析,并采用三维计算进行论证。研究表明:Ⅲ级围岩采用半喷混凝土施工技术完全可行。

As for extralong tunnels,class III wall rock accounts for large proportion and has become the key to restrict construction period and achieve rapid construction. Dependent on Shigu Tunnel on Guangdong Boluo -Shenzhen Expressway,this paper probes into the methods for rapid construction of class III wall rock of 3-lane large-section extralong highway tunnels under the blind heading conditions, systematically analyzes stability,support strength and bearing capacity of wall rock under the technical condition of construction with half-wet sprayed concrete,and demonstrates with 3D calculation.The research shows that the half-wet sprayed concrete construction technique adopted for class III wall rock is fully feasible.
