目的:探讨异粘蛋白( MTDH)和程序性细胞死亡因子4( PDCD4)在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平,分析两者与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测65例乳腺癌组织、30例癌旁正常乳腺组织及30例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中MTDH、PDCD4的表达情况,收集乳腺癌患者的临床病历资料并比较两者不同表达的临床病理特征的差异。结果乳腺癌组织中的MTDH阳性表达率为72.3%,高于癌旁正常乳腺组织(10.0%)和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(20.0%);而PDCD4阳性表达率为41.5%,低于癌旁正常乳腺组织(93.3%)和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(86.7%),以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MTDH的表达与年龄、TNM分期和腋窝淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小和部位无关(P>0.05);PDCD4的表达与TNM分期和腋窝淋巴结转移有关( P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小和部位均无关( P>0.05)。 MTDH表达与PDCD4表达间呈负相关( r=-0.595, P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中MTDH呈高表达而PDCD4呈低表达,两者表达均与TNM分期、腋窝淋巴结转移有关,提示两者在乳腺癌发生发展中有重要意义。

목적:탐토이점단백( MTDH)화정서성세포사망인자4( PDCD4)재유선암조직중적표체수평,분석량자여유선암림상병리특정적관계。방법채용면역조화SP법검측65례유선암조직、30례암방정상유선조직급30례유선섬유선류조직중MTDH、PDCD4적표체정황,수집유선암환자적림상병력자료병비교량자불동표체적림상병리특정적차이。결과유선암조직중적MTDH양성표체솔위72.3%,고우암방정상유선조직(10.0%)화유선섬유선류조직(20.0%);이PDCD4양성표체솔위41.5%,저우암방정상유선조직(93.3%)화유선섬유선류조직(86.7%),이상차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。MTDH적표체여년령、TNM분기화액와림파결전이유관(P<0.05),이여종류대소화부위무관(P>0.05);PDCD4적표체여TNM분기화액와림파결전이유관( P<0.05),이여년령、종류대소화부위균무관( P>0.05)。 MTDH표체여PDCD4표체간정부상관( r=-0.595, P<0.05)。결론유선암조직중MTDH정고표체이PDCD4정저표체,량자표체균여TNM분기、액와림파결전이유관,제시량자재유선암발생발전중유중요의의。
Objective To explore the expressions of metadherin ( MTDH) and programmed cell death 4 ( PDCD4) in breast cancer, and analyze their clinicopathological features in breast cancer. Methods The immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detecte the expressions of MTDH and PDCD4 of 65 cases of breast cancer tissues, 30 cases of adjacent normal breast tissues and 30 ca?ses of breast fibroadenoma tissues. The clinicopathological variables of patients of breast cancer were collected and subsequently ana?lyzed for their correlation with expressions of MTDH and PDCD4. Results The positive expression rate of MTDH was 72. 3% in breast cancer tissues, higher than 10. 0% of adjacent normal breast tissues and 20. 0% of breast fibroadenoma tissues ( P<0. 05) , while the positive expression rate of PDCD4 was 41. 5% in cancer tissues, lower than 93. 3% of adjacent normal breast tissues and 86. 7% of breast fibroadenoma tissues ( P<0. 05) . The expression rate of MTDH was related with age, TNM stage and axillary lymph node metas?tasis but unrelated with tumor size and location. The expression rate of PDCD4 was related with TNM stage and axillary lymph node me?tastasis but unrelated with age, tumor size and location. The MTDH expression was negatively correlated with PDCD4 ( r=-0. 595, P<0. 05). Conclusion There is high expression of MTDH and low expression of PDCD4 in breast cancer. And they are related with TNM stage and axillary lymph node metastasis, indicating an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
