目的:探讨(R)-硫辛酸和(S)-硫辛酸对胚胎体外发育的影响。方法解冻复苏卵裂期胚胎,分别在含不同浓度(R)-硫辛酸和(S)-硫辛酸的GⅡ培养基微滴中培养,观察各组的桑胚率、致密化率、囊胚率和优质囊胚率。结果硫辛酸可提高胚胎体外发育率,(R)-硫辛酸浓度10×10-9 mol/m3组桑胚率、致密化率、囊胚率和优质囊胚率分别达到了59.2%,55.1%,49.0%和54.2%,均高于其他浓度组(P<0.01)。(R)-硫辛酸浓度10×10-9 mol/m3组的桑胚率、致密化率和优质胚胎率均高于(S)-硫辛酸10×10-9 mol/m3组(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸对胚胎体外发育具有促进作用,特别是对桑胚率和囊胚率具有显著的影响。(R)-硫辛酸10×10-9 mol/m3组的效果最好。

목적:탐토(R)-류신산화(S)-류신산대배태체외발육적영향。방법해동복소란렬기배태,분별재함불동농도(R)-류신산화(S)-류신산적GⅡ배양기미적중배양,관찰각조적상배솔、치밀화솔、낭배솔화우질낭배솔。결과류신산가제고배태체외발육솔,(R)-류신산농도10×10-9 mol/m3조상배솔、치밀화솔、낭배솔화우질낭배솔분별체도료59.2%,55.1%,49.0%화54.2%,균고우기타농도조(P<0.01)。(R)-류신산농도10×10-9 mol/m3조적상배솔、치밀화솔화우질배태솔균고우(S)-류신산10×10-9 mol/m3조(P<0.05)。결론류신산대배태체외발육구유촉진작용,특별시대상배솔화낭배솔구유현저적영향。(R)-류신산10×10-9 mol/m3조적효과최호。
Objective To investigate the effects of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid on early embryonic development. Methods The thawed and recoveried embryos of cleavage stage were cultured into GⅡmedium droplets, con-taining different density of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid, then compared the morulaes rate, densification rate and blastocysts rate between two group in vitro. Results Lipoic acid could increase developmental rate of embryo in vitro. Morulaes, densification, blastocysts and high quality blastocysts rate of 10 × 10-9 mol/m3 (R)-lipoic acid treated group were 59.2%, 55.1%, 49.0%and 54.2%, respectively, which were all higher than those in the other tested groups (P<0.01). The effect of (R)-and (S)-lipoic acid would weakened following the increased concentration. Conclusion Lipoic acid has a promoting effect on the development of embryos in vitro, espe-cially the effects on embryo morulaes and blastocysts rate, among them the (R)-lipoic acid 10 × 10-9 mol/m3 group is the most efficient one.
