GB 50974-2014《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》已经实施,并替代了GB 50016-2006《建筑设计防火规范》中消防用水量计算的相关条文。针对工业企业的消防给水系统,分别从室外消火栓、室内消火栓、构筑物消防给水设计流量以及火灾延续时间等方面,阐述消防用水量相关条文的变化,并与相关规范做了比较。 GB 50974-2014实施后工业消防用水量将有所增加,具体表现为设计流量的提高、系统的增设、火灾延续时间的增加。

As GB 50974-2014 Technical Code for Fire Protection Water Supply and Hydrant Systems has been implemented, the items about fire protection water demand in GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection De-sign of Buildings were replaced. Focusing on the fire protection water supply systems of industrial enterprises, the variations of the items about fire protection water demand were introduced from aspects of design fire flow rates of outdoor hydrant, indoor hydrant, buildings and structures, fire duration and so on; besides, the difference be-tween the new-implemented code and related codes were compared also. It was pointed out that, with the imple-mentation of GB 50974-2014, the industrial fire protection water consumption will be increased, which repre-sented by the increase of design flow, the addition of systems and the prolong of fire duration.
