采用MIC-A/O工艺处理啤酒企业的生产废水,该组合工艺不仅占地面积小且能够承受高CODCr负荷,抗冲击能力强,系统稳定。工程实践表明,处理后出水CODCr、 BOD5、 SS的平均质量浓度为36.5、9.7、22.3 mg/L,达到DB 37/599-2006《山东省南水北调沿线水污染物综合排放标准》中的重点保护区域排放标准。介绍了工艺流程设计及调试运行情况,给出了主要构筑物和设备配置及运行费用。

The industrial wastewater from a beer enterprise was treated by MIC-A/O process;the said com-bined process had advantages of small space occupation, high CODCr loading resistant, high anti-shock loading capability, and stable systematic operation. The engineering practice showed that, through the treatment, the av-erage mass concentrations of CODCr, BOD5 and SS were 36.5, 9.7, 22.3 mg/L respectively, which met the dis-charge specification for key protected area in DB 37/599-2006 Integrated Discharge Standard of Water Pollu-tants in the Route of South-to-north Water Diversion Project in Shandong Province. The process design as well as the commissioning and operating condition was introduced;besides, the main structures, devices allocation and operation costs were also provided.
