云南某造纸厂原有废水处理系统只有一级物理处理设施,且其生产规模正在逐步扩大,原有的废水处理系统已经无法满足要求。本次改扩建采用浅层气浮-水解酸化-A/O-高级氧化-BAF-多相气浮-转盘过滤为主体的处理工艺。运行结果表明:废水CODCr、 BOD5、 SS、 NH3-N、 TP的去除率分别达到98.03%、99.20%、99.00%、75.01%、98.31%,出水水质达到GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准的要求。介绍了工艺流程设计,给出了主要构筑物设计参数及投资运行成本。

A paper mill in Yunnan province was only equipped with one-stage physical facilities for wastewater treatment; however, with the expansion of the production scale, the original system can hardly meet the requirement. In view of the above fact, the wastewater treatment project of the said paper mill was reconstructed and expanded with shallow air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-advanced oxidation-BAF-multiphase air flotation-turnplate filtration as the main process. The operation results showed that, the removal rates of CODCr, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, and TP reached 98.03%, 99.20%, 99.00%, 75.01%and 98.31%respectively, the effluent water quality meet the specification for class A grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The design of the process flow was introduced, besides, the design parameters of main constructions as well as the investment and operation cost were offered at the same time.
