针对某化工园区排放的环氧丙烷、环氧氯丙烷化工综合废水具有成分复杂、有机物浓度高、可生化性低的特点,采用了预处理-好氧生化处理-新型厌氧反应-生物接触氧化-电催化氧化-曝气生物流化床-混凝沉淀组合工艺。该工程运行结果表明,在进水CODCr、 BOD5、 NH3-N的质量浓度分别为2200、500、250 mg/L的条件下,出水水质可稳定达到DB 37676-2007《山东省半岛流域水污染综合排放标准》中一级标准的要求。该工艺处理效果稳定,具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,运行成本及动力消耗低。

Pretreatment-aerobic biochemical treatment-novel anaerobic reaction-biological contact oxida-tion-electrocatalytic oxidation-aeration biological fluidized bed-coagulation sedimentation combined process was adopted to treat the epoxy propane and epoxy chloropropane chemical integrated wastewater discharged from a chemical industrial park which was characterized by complicated components, high organic matter concentration and poor biodegradability. The operation result of the project showed that, under the condition that, the mass concentrations of CODCr, BOD5, NH3-N in the influent water were 2 200, 500, 250 mg/L, the effluent water qual-ity was stable and could meet the specification for grade 1 in DB 37676-2007 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard in Shandong Peninsula Basin. It was indicated that, the said process could obtain stable treatment effect and had strong anti shock loading capacity, low operation cost and less power consumption.
