采用无纺布平板膜生物反应器对某高校游泳馆的洗浴废水进行处理,考察了无纺布膜生物反应器对洗浴废水的处理效果,并对该工艺进行了初步的技术经济分析。结果表明:无纺布膜生物反应器对洗浴废水处理效果良好,出水CODCr的质量浓度小于20 mg/L、 BOD5的质量浓度小于5 mg/L、浊度小于1 NTU、 NH3-N的质量浓度小于1 mg/L、 LAS的质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,各项指标均符合GB 18920-2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》标准的要求。技术经济分析结果表明,采用无纺布膜生物反应器工艺可有效降低工程投资和运行成本。

Using flat non-woven membrane bioreactor to treat bathing wastewater from a campus natatori-um, the treatment effect was investigated, and the primary technological and economic analysis on the said pro-cess was carried out also. The results showed that, a good treatment effect of bathing wastewater could be ob-tained, the mass concentrations of CODCr, BOD5, NH3-N and LAS in the effluent water were less than 20, 5, 1 and 0.5 mg/L respectively, the turbidity was lower than 1 NTU, which indicated that, the effluent water quality could meet the requirement of GB 18920-2002 Municipal Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse: Standard for MisCellaneous Water Consumption. The results of the technological and economic analysis showed that, the ap-plication of non-woven membrane bioreactor could effectively reduce the project investment and operation costs.
