上海市地理市情普查主要是根据上海市的区域特色采集地理市情要素，形成反映城市产业布局、经济地理的空间分布及其发展变化规律的普查数据，从地理空间的角度客观、综合展示上海市人文要素的分布特征状况。本文主要通过 ArcGIS10新增功能在上海市地理市情普查中的应用，探讨了包括高精度数据编辑、属性自动挂接、拓扑关系检查等方法与地理市情普查的结合运用，从而为提高地理市情普查中的作业效率、保障数据质量提供参考。
上海市地理市情普查主要是根據上海市的區域特色採集地理市情要素，形成反映城市產業佈跼、經濟地理的空間分佈及其髮展變化規律的普查數據，從地理空間的角度客觀、綜閤展示上海市人文要素的分佈特徵狀況。本文主要通過 ArcGIS10新增功能在上海市地理市情普查中的應用，探討瞭包括高精度數據編輯、屬性自動掛接、拓撲關繫檢查等方法與地理市情普查的結閤運用，從而為提高地理市情普查中的作業效率、保障數據質量提供參攷。

According to the regional features of Shanghai,Shanghai’s Geographical Condition Census collect Shang-hai’s geographical factor to form Census data which reflecting the distribution of urban industry and the spatial distribu-tion of economic geography’s development and the law of the development. From the perspective of geographical space, Shanghai’s Geographical Condition Census objectively and comprehensively show Shanghai’s distribution characteristic of human elements. Based on the the Application of ArcGIS10’s new function in the Census of Shanghai’s geographical condition,the paper discuss the method of high-accuracy data editing,the automatic assignment of attribution,the inspec-tion of Topology combined with the use of the census of Shanghai’s geographical situation to provide reference of impro-ving operation efficiency and ensuring data quality in the census.
