目的：观察松节油用于老年患者术后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法对26例老年患者术后尿潴留用松节油外敷脐周局部皮肤。结果外敷脐周局部皮肤后解决尿潴留的总有效率达100%。结论我们应用松节油解决老年术后尿潴留，方法简单，效果明确。
目的：觀察鬆節油用于老年患者術後尿潴留的治療效果。方法對26例老年患者術後尿潴留用鬆節油外敷臍週跼部皮膚。結果外敷臍週跼部皮膚後解決尿潴留的總有效率達100%。結論我們應用鬆節油解決老年術後尿潴留，方法簡單，效果明確。
목적：관찰송절유용우노년환자술후뇨저류적치료효과。방법대26례노년환자술후뇨저류용송절유외부제주국부피부。결과외부제주국부피부후해결뇨저류적총유효솔체100%。결론아문응용송절유해결노년술후뇨저류，방법간단，효과명학。
Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of turpentine for urinary retention after surgery in the elderly. Methods: 26 cases of elderly patients with postoperative urinary retention on umbilicus skin retention of turpentine. Results: the total effective rate of urinary retention after topical solution periumbilical local skin up to 100%. Conclusion: urinary retention,we solve the postoperative application of turpentine method is simple,clear effect.
