目的：探讨风险管理在外科病房护理管理中的应用价值及临床分析。方法2013年12月至2014年12月期间，我院外科诊治的600例患者，随机将其分为对照组(常规护理管理)和观察组(加用风险管理)，每组各300例。对两组风险事件发生率、护理纠纷投诉率、护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组风险事件发生率、护理纠纷投诉率均明显降低，而护理满意度显著升高，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科病房护理中实施风险管理，能够明显提高护理满意度，降低风险事件和护理纠纷的发生率，值得在临床实践中推广和应用。

목적：탐토풍험관리재외과병방호리관리중적응용개치급림상분석。방법2013년12월지2014년12월기간，아원외과진치적600례환자，수궤장기분위대조조(상규호리관리)화관찰조(가용풍험관리)，매조각300례。대량조풍험사건발생솔、호리규분투소솔、호리만의도진행관찰화비교。결과여대조조상비，관찰조풍험사건발생솔、호리규분투소솔균명현강저，이호리만의도현저승고，량조차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재외과병방호리중실시풍험관리，능구명현제고호리만의도，강저풍험사건화호리규분적발생솔，치득재림상실천중추엄화응용。
Objective: to investigate the clinical analysis and application of risk management in nursing management in surgical wards. Methods: from 2013 december to 2014 december period,600 cases of surgical treatment of patients, were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing management) and observation group (with risk management),300 cases in each group. on two groups of risk event rate, nursing disputes complaints rate, nursing satisfaction were observed and compared. Results: compared with the control group, the observation group the incidence of nursing risk events, complaints rate were significantly decreased, and the nursing satisfaction increased significantly, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: the implementation of risk management in surgical ward in nursing, can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the risk events and the incidence of nursing disputes, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
