目的：探讨针刺疗法治疗骨科术后非阻塞性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法采用针刺疗法对36例骨科术后非阻塞性尿潴留患者进行治疗，评价治疗效果。结果36例患者中，治愈18例，有效12例，无效6例，有效率83%。结论针刺疗法可影响桥脑排尿中枢，进而解除膀胱排尿功能障碍，使骨科术后非阻塞性尿潴留患者得到良好的治疗效果。

목적：탐토침자요법치료골과술후비조새성뇨저류적림상료효。방법채용침자요법대36례골과술후비조새성뇨저류환자진행치료，평개치료효과。결과36례환자중，치유18례，유효12례，무효6례，유효솔83%。결론침자요법가영향교뇌배뇨중추，진이해제방광배뇨공능장애，사골과술후비조새성뇨저류환자득도량호적치료효과。
Objective: to explore the clinical effect of non obstructive urinary retention after acupuncture treatment in the department of orthopedics. Method: Using the method of acupuncture therapy on 36 cases of postoperative non department of orthopedics in patients with obstructive urinary retention in treatment, curative effect evaluation. Results: of the 36 patients, 18 cases were cured, effective 12 cases,invalid 6 cases,efficiency of 83%.Conclusion: acupuncture can affect the pontine micturition center,and then lift the bladder voiding dysfunction after operation in the department of orthopedics,the non obstruction in patients with urinary retention has good treatment effect.
