To estimate the frequency and the frequency change rate in the high dynamic environment, the author analyzes some commonly used frame structures and methods of carrier synchronization in this paper. And on this basis, an interleaved frame structure and algorithm are proposed to meet the requirement of frequency-rate estimation, which is validated by simulations with high estimation accuracy and performance.
