为帮助企业完善库存风险预警管理机制,而设计了一个基于 B/S 架构的平台解决方案。该解决方案完成了对风险预警机制的设定,并以时间序列模型,对厂内产成品、在途库存、在库库存的库存规模及库存规模比进行7~14天的预测。最后以库存规模为例,对模型的预测性能进行了验证。

In order to help enterprises to improve the risk warning mechanism of inventory management, a platform design is carried out based on B/S architecture. This design adds a series of settings to the risk warning mechanism and utilizes time series model to build a forecast for seven to fourteen days on inventory size and inventory size ratio of the finished products in the factory and in-transit inventory. Finally, the predict performance of the model is verified with the inventory size as an example.
