目的：探讨优质护理在临床应用的优越性。方法总结我院实施优质护理四年多的经验。结果优质护理工作在临床得到推广。结论实施优质护理以来极大地提高了护士主动服务的意识，增强了团队意识，同时极大地提高了病人的满意度，取得了良好的社会效益。

Objective: discuss the advantages of high quality nursing care in the clinical application. Method: summerize some high quality nursing experience of more than four years. Results: High quality nursing in clinical widely. Conclusion: the initiative to provide services of nurses has been improved a lot since adopted the high quality nursing care, strengthened the sense of community and improve the the satisfaction degree of patients, gained a better social and economic benefit.
