目的：探讨静脉输液管理小组在护理风险管理中的作用与影响。方法通过成立静脉输液管理小组，观察成立输液管理小组前后接受化疗药物血管情况及PICC导管留置情况，观察输液管理小组的作用。结果成立静脉输液管理小组后，提高了护理人员的输液风险管理意识，化疗药物，高浓度药物外渗发生机率明显减少，经外周静脉中心静脉置管维护更加规范，非计划性拔管率下降、导管留置时间延长，提高了患者及医生的满意度。结论成立静脉输液管理小组能有效地规避护理风险，提高静脉输液的安全性。

목적：탐토정맥수액관리소조재호리풍험관리중적작용여영향。방법통과성립정맥수액관리소조，관찰성립수액관리소조전후접수화료약물혈관정황급PICC도관류치정황，관찰수액관리소조적작용。결과성립정맥수액관리소조후，제고료호리인원적수액풍험관리의식，화료약물，고농도약물외삼발생궤솔명현감소，경외주정맥중심정맥치관유호경가규범，비계화성발관솔하강、도관류치시간연장，제고료환자급의생적만의도。결론성립정맥수액관리소조능유효지규피호리풍험，제고정맥수액적안전성。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion and the management team in nursing risk management. Methods Through the establishment of the management team of intravenous infusion, transfusion were observed before and after the establishment of the management team of vascular chemotherapy drugs and PICC catheter infusion, observe the effect of man-agement team. Results The establishment of the management team after intravenous infusion, the infusion to improve the aware-ness of risk management, the nursing staff of the chemotherapy drugs, the high concentration drug extravasation incidence de-creased significantly, peripherally inserted central venous catheter maintenance standardized, non planned decannulation rate, in-dwelling catheter time, improve the satisfaction degree of patients and doctors. Conclusion Intravenous infusion management team can effectively avoid nursing risks, improve the safety of intravenous infusion.
