目的：用护理干预方法提高患者术中痛阈值，缓解患者术中的痛觉，提高术中的舒适度，以保证成功实施海扶手术。方法选取2014年6月至12月我院89例海扶治疗子宫肌瘤患者，随机分为对照组43例和观察组46例，对照组患者行常规海扶手术护理，观察组患者行海扶手术治疗过程中除常规手术护理外加用认知、情绪和行为等护理干预。比较两组患者术中的疼痛分级及手术时间。结果观察组患者术中的疼痛分级及手术耗时低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论护理干预可明显降低海扶治疗子宫肌瘤患者术中的疼痛程度，提高患者术中舒适度，减少手术操作时间，保证手术的顺利进行。
목적：용호리간예방법제고환자술중통역치，완해환자술중적통각，제고술중적서괄도，이보증성공실시해부수술。방법선취2014년6월지12월아원89례해부치료자궁기류환자，수궤분위대조조43례화관찰조46례，대조조환자행상규해부수술호리，관찰조환자행해부수술치료과정중제상규수술호리외가용인지、정서화행위등호리간예。비교량조환자술중적동통분급급수술시간。결과관찰조환자술중적동통분급급수술모시저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론호리간예가명현강저해부치료자궁기류환자술중적동통정도，제고환자술중서괄도，감소수술조작시간，보증수술적순리진행。
Objective To use nursing intervention in patients with increased pain threshold,relieve pain in patients,im-prove the degree of comfort,to ensure the successful implementation of HIFU operation. Methods A totol of 89 female patients with uterine fibroids from June to December,2014 in Sichuan Neijiang first Hospitol,43 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group 46 cases,Patients in the control group with conventional nursing,in the observation group underwent Haifu operation in the course of treatment,in addition to routine operation nursing care plus cognitive,emotional and behavior by nursing intervention. Pain rating and operation time were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Patients pain rat-ing and operation time in the observathion group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can obviously decrease the degree of pain from Haifu treat the patients with uterine fibroids,improve the comfort of operation,reduce the operation time,ensure operation smoothly.
