目的:探索氨基水杨酸(asa)制剂、免疫抑制剂类药物和糖皮质激素类药物对溃疡性结肠炎(Uc)多药耐药基因(P-gp)的影响。方法应用 sP 法研究药物对 Uc 多药耐药基因的产物 P-gp 表达的影响。结果 P-gp 在氨基水杨酸类治疗 Uc 前后比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);P-gp 在免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素无效组治疗之前的表达率或表达量和对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),而在无效组治疗之后的表达率或表达量和对照组比较,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论5-asa 类药物对 Uc 的 P-gp 表达无影响;免疫抑制剂与糖皮质激素类治疗无效组患者后 P-gp 明显增高。

목적:탐색안기수양산(asa)제제、면역억제제류약물화당피질격소류약물대궤양성결장염(Uc)다약내약기인(P-gp)적영향。방법응용 sP 법연구약물대 Uc 다약내약기인적산물 P-gp 표체적영향。결과 P-gp 재안기수양산류치료 Uc 전후비교,무명현차이(P>0.05);P-gp 재면역억제제、당피질격소무효조치료지전적표체솔혹표체량화대조조비교,무명현차이(P>0.05),이재무효조치료지후적표체솔혹표체량화대조조비교,유명현차이(P<0.05)。결론5-asa 류약물대 Uc 적 P-gp 표체무영향;면역억제제여당피질격소류치료무효조환자후 P-gp 명현증고。
Objective: to study the influence of amino salicylic acid, glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant therapeutic drugs on the expression of p-glycopritein in ulcerative colitis. Methods: immunohistochemical methods were applied to study the influence of amino salicylic acid, glucocorticoide and immunosuppressant therapeutic drugs on expression of P-gp. Results: there was no statistical significance in the difference between positive expression rates of Mdr1 genes and P-gp before and after amino salicylic acid treatment (P>0.05). there was no statistical significance in the difference of the expression quantity or rates between the group before ineffective glucocorticoide and immunosuppressant drugs treatment and the normal control group (P>0.05). compared with the normal control group, the expression quantity or rate of the group after ineffective treatment was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: immunohistochemical research methods indicated amino salicylic acid therapeutic drugs did not affect expression of P-gp in ulcerative colitis. P-gp in ulcerative colitis were significantly higher in the group after the ineffective glucocorticoide and immunosuppressant treatment.
