目的:探讨LBL(lecture-based learning)教学模式联合TBL(Team based learning)教学模式在外科学教学中的可行性。方法选取该院2010年1月-2011年1月医疗专业学员80例进行分析,采用随机区组设计,分别依据教学模式不同分为观察组(LBL+TBL教学模式)50例和对照组(传统教学模式)30例。结果观察组学员笔试试卷评分和问卷调查评分均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论LBL联合TBL教学模式对学生的解决临床实际问题的能力有了较大的提高,LBL联合TBL教学模式能够更好地将理论与实践教学更好地结合在一起。

Objective To approach feasibility of surgery teaching by LBL teaching model and TBL teaching model. Methods The 80 cases of Medical professional students in our hospital,using randomized block design,which was to be divided into two group,detection group (LBL+TBL teaching model)50 cases and control group (traditional teaching mode group)30 cases. Results The written test score and questionnaire score of detection group were better than control group(P<0.05),the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The ability of students to solve practical problems by LBL teaching model and TBL teaching model are improved,which is better combination of theory and practice of teaching better together by LBL teaching model and TBL teaching model.
