该试验分别从浓缩温度和碱加入量两个方面初步研究了方格星虫体腔液多糖的提取条件,得到最佳浓缩温度为70℃,NaOH最佳加入量为质量体积百分比1%,该条件下多糖提取率为0.75 g/L,多糖含量为51.39%。将最佳提取条件下所得多糖进行体外抗氧化活性研究,结果表明:在该研究设定的浓度范围内,方格星虫体腔液多糖具有较高的还原能力,对羟自由基和超氧自由基也有一定的清除能力,1 mg/mL时清除率分别为76.88%和26.17%,但还原能力和自由基清除能力均弱于抗坏血酸。

In this paper, concentrated temperature and the amount of alkali were optimized for extraction conditions of polysaccharide from sipunculus nudus coelomic fluid. The optimal concentrated temperature was 70℃, and the amount of NaOH was 1% (mass to volume ratio). Under this condition, yield of polysaccharide was 0.75 g/L, and polysaccharide content was 51.39 %. The antioxidant activity of polysaccharide obtained under optimum condition was studied in vitro. The results showed that in the indicated concentrations , the polysaccharide possessed strong reducing power, and scavenged hydroxy radical and superoxide radical to a certain extent, the clearance rates were 76.88 % and 26.17 % respectively at 1 mg/mL. But the reducing capacity and free radical scavenging activity were weaker than ascorbic acid.
