针对神马实业股份有限公司帘子布公司现有9条尼龙66工业丝生产线,每年累计排放尾气36000多吨、己二胺120多吨的现状,采用差压双效精馏模式,对这9条尼龙66工业丝生产线聚合反应器尾气进行回收利用,并减少进入厂区生产有机废水生化处理系统有机废水的处理量。利用Pro/Ⅱ进行了流程模拟,证实了差压双效精馏模式的可行性以及节能效果。
針對神馬實業股份有限公司簾子佈公司現有9條尼龍66工業絲生產線,每年纍計排放尾氣36000多噸、己二胺120多噸的現狀,採用差壓雙效精餾模式,對這9條尼龍66工業絲生產線聚閤反應器尾氣進行迴收利用,併減少進入廠區生產有機廢水生化處理繫統有機廢水的處理量。利用Pro/Ⅱ進行瞭流程模擬,證實瞭差壓雙效精餾模式的可行性以及節能效果。

In order to deal with more than 36,000 tons off-gas and over 120 tons HMD annual emission from nine nylon 66 industrial fiber product lines of Tire Fabrics Company of Shenma Industrial Company Limited, recycling of the polymerization reactors off-gas was carried out with differential pressure double-effect distillation, and what’s more, the amount of organic waste water fed to the biological treatment system was reduced significantly. Feasibility and energy saving effect of the differential pressure double-effect distillation was proven by flow sheet simulation using Pro/Ⅱ.
