目的：探讨月亮湖水系镇赉段居民行为因素与华支睾吸虫感染率的关系，为华支睾吸虫病的防制提供依据。方法对调查对象采用整群抽样调查的方法，对相关行为因素的华支睾吸虫感染率进行字2检验。结果“有过抓生鱼后不洗手就抓食物吃”、经常“生吃或半生吃鱼”、“有过吃烤、煨、焙小鱼史”、经常“生吃或半生吃淡水虾”、“用生鱼或鱼内脏喂猫或狗或猪”、经常和偶尔“用切过生鱼的刀及砧板不洗就切熟食品”、经常“用盛过生鱼的碗等器皿不洗干净就盛熟食”与华支睾吸虫感染有关（字2值依次为21.45、19.82、17.02、21.24、7.99、19.96和10.12，P<0.01或0.05）。结论居民应摈弃不良的个人卫生习惯和饮食卫生行为，采取综合性防制措施，降低和避免华支睾吸虫感染的发生。
목적：탐토월량호수계진뢰단거민행위인소여화지고흡충감염솔적관계，위화지고흡충병적방제제공의거。방법대조사대상채용정군추양조사적방법，대상관행위인소적화지고흡충감염솔진행자2검험。결과“유과조생어후불세수취조식물흘”、경상“생흘혹반생흘어”、“유과흘고、외、배소어사”、경상“생흘혹반생흘담수하”、“용생어혹어내장위묘혹구혹저”、경상화우이“용절과생어적도급침판불세취절숙식품”、경상“용성과생어적완등기명불세간정취성숙식”여화지고흡충감염유관（자2치의차위21.45、19.82、17.02、21.24、7.99、19.96화10.12，P<0.01혹0.05）。결론거민응빈기불량적개인위생습관화음식위생행위，채취종합성방제조시，강저화피면화지고흡충감염적발생。
Objective To provide basis for disease prevention by probing into the relationship between the behavioral factors of residents living in Zhenlai section of the Moon Lake and the infection rate of clonorchis sinensis. Methods Cluster sampling was used to make a c2 test on infection rate of clonorchis sinensis caused by related behavioral factors. Results Factors that are related to infection of clonorchis sinensis include“Eating food with hands unwashed after catching raw fish”, “Eating fish raw or half-raw frequently”,“Having the history of eating roasted, stewed or baked little fish”,“Eating freshwater shrimp raw or half-raw frequent-ly”,“Feeding cats, dogs or pigs with raw fish and fish innards”,“Cutting cooked food with knives and cutting blocks unwashed af-ter being used for raw fish”,“Using unclean bowls in cooked food after being used in raw fish”,with c2 defined as 21.45、19.82、17.02、21.24、7.99、19.96 and 10.12,P<0.01 or 0.05. Conclusion Residents should discard unhealthy behavior in terms of individ-ual hygiene habits, dietetic hygiene behavior and others that are relevant.Besides, comprehensive prevention measures should be taken to reduce and avoid the inflection of clonorchis sinensis.
