制备了丙烯环氧化制环氧丙烷TS-1分子筛催化剂,并对影响TS-1分子筛催化活性的因素进行了研究。结果表明,制备TS-1分子筛催化剂最佳硅源为正硅酸乙酯,最佳钛源为钛酸异丁酯,最佳催化剂焙烧温度和焙烧时间分别为540℃和8h。同时考察了甲醇和异丙醇溶剂对丙烯环氧化制环氧丙烷反应的影响,结果显示甲醇能更好地提高催化剂活性。

TS-1 zeolite catalysts for preparation of propylene oxide by epoxidation of propylene using hydrogen peroxide were synthesized, and the effects of preparation conditions on the performances of catalyst were investigated. The results showed that the optimum Si source and Ti source were tetraethoxysilane and tetraisobutyl orthotitanate, respectively, and the optimum calcination temperature and time were 540℃ and 8 hours, respectively. Furthermore, the effects of methanol and isopropanol solvents on the reaction were also studied, and it was found that methanol could improve the activity of catalyst much more.
