    This paper discusses the shortcomings of current TCM effect feedback, firstly. Secondly, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of telephone survey, and designs and introduces the corresponding software to assist in the investigation for the lack of telephone visit. Subsequent it gives some suggestion of hospital construction and prospects of a broad prospect of this method.
