目的:通过实验直接测量Wista大鼠升主动脉横向与纵向的弹性参数,该数据可用于分析组织材料性能、生物力学有限元分析及人工血管材料设计等。方法:将Wista大鼠分成两组分别用于测量血管横向弹性参数和纵向弹性参数,取出升主动脉后,用动脉夹分别横向、纵向固定血管,将动脉夹固定于专用拉伸夹上,进行应力-位移测试。结果:分别得到横向应力-位移参数与纵向应力-位移参数各9个。计算各组血管的弹性模量,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结论:本实验采用直接法测量大鼠升主动脉血管弹性参数,得到血管的横向弹性模量为(0.03206±0.00062)Mpa,置信水平为95%;血管纵向弹性模量为(1.51527±0.19968)Mpa,置信水平为95%。

Objective:Getting the ascending aorta out of Wista rats, and measuring the horizontal and vertical artery elastic parameters. Analyzing the material performance, and offering data for biomechanical finite element analysis and the artificial vascular materials design. Methods:Wista rats were divided into two groups, one for measuring vascular transverse elastic parameters and the other for longitudinal elastic parameters. Get the ascending aorta, use the artery folder to fix to the arteries transversely and longitudinally, the arteries folder will be fixed in a dedicated folder on the biological extensometer. Results: The records of measured data, the elastic parameters of horizontal and vertical elastic parameters of each 9. Calculate the elastic modulus of each group, while carry out the statistical analysis. Conclusion:The test uses direct method for measuring the rat aorta vascular elastic parameters. Getting the transverse elastic modulus is (0.03206±0.00062) Mpa; the longitudinal elastic modulus is (1.515267± 0.19968) Mpa. Use obtained the elastic modulus of blood vessels, and then added them to the established geometric model of the ascending aorta, carry out the finite element analysis of the ascending aorta, and build the initial physical model.
