采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Pd/Si(Zr)O2双功能催化剂及其分别含Cr、Ni或La助剂的催化剂,评价了催化剂在丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)反应中的催化性能。结果表明:引入助剂Ni后,Ni将催化剂的丙酮转化率从25.6%提高到38.5%,但MIBK选择性稍有降低;而引入助剂La后,催化剂的MIBK选择性从58.60%提高到70.84%,但对丙酮转化率没有改进。

Bifunctional catalysts Pd/Si(Zr)O2 including that of containing prompter Cr, Ni or La were prepared by the sol-gel method, and their catalytic performances for one-step synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) from acetone were evaluated. The results showed that the addition of Ni could improve the conversion of acetone from 25.6% to 38.5%, but reduce the selectivity of MIBK slightly;and the introduction of La could enhance the selectivity of MIBK from 58.60%to 70.84%, but not improve the conversion of acetone.
