Chronic intermittent hypoxia%Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome%Hypoglossal Nerve Discharge%Rat
目的:观察不同时间阶段慢性间断性缺氧及复氧对大鼠舌下神经电活性的影响。方法:将30只雄性SD 大鼠随机分成五组:间断缺氧4周组(IH4组)、间断缺氧8周组(IH8组)、间断缺氧12周组(IH12组)、间断缺氧-复氧组(RH 组)、对照组(UC 组)。IH4组、IH8组、IH12组于实验期间,每日间断缺氧8h,氧浓度波动于5%~21%之间;RH 组:间断性缺氧处理8周后,在正常氧环境下继续饲养4周;对照组:正常氧环境下饲养,其余条件同CIH 组。实验开始第12周后,记录各组大鼠舌下神经放电活动。结果:IH4、IH8、IH12组大鼠舌下神经放电活性均较 UC 组增高,差异有统计学意义。IH12组大鼠舌下神经放电活性较 IH4组及 IH8组显著减弱,但仍明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。RH 组大鼠舌下神经放电活性较 IH4、IH8、IH12组均明显下降,差异有统计学意义。与对照组比较,无统计学意义。结论:SD 大鼠经长期 CIH 刺激后,舌下神经放电活动的频率及振幅均呈现先升高后降低的双相变化过程。间断缺氧后再复氧,可使舌下神经电活性在失代偿前恢复至对照组水平。

목적:관찰불동시간계단만성간단성결양급복양대대서설하신경전활성적영향。방법:장30지웅성SD 대서수궤분성오조:간단결양4주조(IH4조)、간단결양8주조(IH8조)、간단결양12주조(IH12조)、간단결양-복양조(RH 조)、대조조(UC 조)。IH4조、IH8조、IH12조우실험기간,매일간단결양8h,양농도파동우5%~21%지간;RH 조:간단성결양처리8주후,재정상양배경하계속사양4주;대조조:정상양배경하사양,기여조건동CIH 조。실험개시제12주후,기록각조대서설하신경방전활동。결과:IH4、IH8、IH12조대서설하신경방전활성균교 UC 조증고,차이유통계학의의。IH12조대서설하신경방전활성교 IH4조급 IH8조현저감약,단잉명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의。RH 조대서설하신경방전활성교 IH4、IH8、IH12조균명현하강,차이유통계학의의。여대조조비교,무통계학의의。결론:SD 대서경장기 CIH 자격후,설하신경방전활동적빈솔급진폭균정현선승고후강저적쌍상변화과정。간단결양후재복양,가사설하신경전활성재실대상전회복지대조조수평。
Objective To observe the effect of chronic intermittent hypoxia and reoxygenation on hypoglossal nerve activ-ity in rat. Methods 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: intermittent hypoxia 4 weeks group (IH4 group), intermittent hypoxia 8 weeks group (IH8 group), intermittent hypoxia 12 weeks group (IH12 group), reoxygenation group (RH group),unhandled control group(UC group). After the start of the experiment, in twelfth weeks, hypoglossal motor output was measured. Results Comparison with control rats, hypoglossal nerve activity was increased in IH4, IH8, IH12 rats .Comparison with IH4 ,IH8 rats , IH12 rat hypoglossal nerve activity was significantly decreased, but still higher than control group. hy-poglossal nerve burst frequency and amplitude in group RH than IH4, IH8, IH12 groups were significantly decreased. Com-pared with the control group, no statistical significance. Conclusion Long-term stimulation of CIH evoke sustained augmenta-tion of hypoglossal nerve activity and then decreased . In timely reoxygenation restored the post-hypoxia hypoglossal nerve burst frequency and amplitude decline in CIH rats.
