体育倒票行为在职业体育发达国家已经成为司空见惯的活动，美国就是最具代表性国家之一。现今美国学界对于倒票行为大致有三种态度：绝对禁止、自由放任以及合理规制。在立法和司法实践中，美国各州对此问题的态度也各不相同。整体而言，美国社会对于体育倒票行为态度的发展趋势是由绝对禁止向合理规制演进。随着我国职业体育的发展，倒票行为也会发展成为重大体育赛事中的市场活动，对此如何在法律上加以规制是颇需研究的课题，美国的经验可以为我们提供启示和借鉴。

Sports tickets scalping has become a normal activity in those countries where professional sports is prosperous,and America is the most representative one among them. Nowadays,the Amer-ican scholarship holds three attitudes towards this phenomenon:absolute prohibition,due regulation and unrestrained freedom. In the practice of legislation and justice,American states also hold differ-ent attitudes. Generally speaking,their attitudes are gradually shifting from absolute prohibition to due regulation. With the development of professional sports in our country,scalping will become an economic activity in many sports matches. How to regulate it in legislation is a subject that worth studying,so American experience may provide us with some examples and revelations.
