屏蔽是机房防止闪电电磁脉冲(LEMP)损害的重要措施,而在实际工程中在选择屏蔽材料及设置尺寸时往往缺少依据。文章基于闪电双指数函数模型,利用 MATLAB 软件分析闪电的频谱分布,结合屏蔽措施对LEMP 的防护效果进行研究,确定计算机机房的屏蔽材料应为金属网格,屏蔽网格尺寸应和雷电流幅值相关。并借助雷电监测系统,对近5年来山东省各地闪电数据和雷电流幅值进行统计、分析并针对不同落雷情况,实际计算出计算机机房屏蔽层内外可能出现的磁场强度,借鉴人工引雷试验数据对屏蔽的有效性进行了验证,给出山东省各地机房屏蔽层尺寸的参考值,山东省内机房的屏蔽尺寸应在0.16~0.22 m 之间。

Shielding is one of the important measures for the computer room to prevent lightning electromagnetic pulse (LEMP).But how to choose the shielding materials and its size in actual engineering tends to be lack of basis.The purpose of the paper is determining computer room for a targeted protection from LEMP shielding material and size.The paper analyzes the distribution of lightning frequency spectrum by using double exponential function and MATLAB.Based on the research of shielding measures of LEMP protection,it is determined that the computer room shielding materials shall be the metal grid,and the shielding grid size should be related lightning current amplitude.With the help of the lightning monitoring system of Shandong Province,the paper does a statistical analysis of lightning data in the recent 5 years.According to the different situation of lightning,We calculate the possible strength for magnetic field inside and outside the computer room shielding layer,and the effectiveness of the shielding is verified by learning from the experiment of artificially triggered lightning data.According to the actual lightning current amplitude,the paper gives the reference value of shielding layer size for computer room in Shandong province.Calculation shows that the block size of computer room in Shandong province should be between 0.16 m and 0.22 m.
