目的：观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合利巴韦林颗粒治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊80例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，2组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，治疗组口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合利巴韦林颗粒治疗，观察2组的疗效。结果2组患儿经规范治疗后，临床症状均消失，但治疗组体温消退时间、皮疹、溃疡及口腔疱疹消退时间均明显早于对照组（P ＜00．5）。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗儿童手足口病，能迅速改善症状，疗效确切，安全性值得信赖，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰포지람소염구복액배합리파위림과립치료수족구병적림상료효。방법선취아원문진80례수족구병환인수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례，2조환자균급여기출치료，대조조급여리파위림치료，치료조구복포지람소염구복액배합리파위림과립치료，관찰2조적료효。결과2조환인경규범치료후，림상증상균소실，단치료조체온소퇴시간、피진、궤양급구강포진소퇴시간균명현조우대조조（P ＜00．5）。결론포지람소염구복액연합리파위림과립치료인동수족구병，능신속개선증상，료효학절，안전성치득신뢰，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with Ribavirin Granules treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease . Methods 80 cases of hand foot mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group , two groups of patients were given basic treatment , the control group was given the Leigh Bhave Lin treatment , the treatment group used Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with Ribavirin Granules treatment , observation of curative effect of two groups . Results Two groups after standard treatment , symptoms disappeared . Treating fever subsides , oral Herpes rash fade time and fade time wassignificantly less than the control group (P< 0 .05 ) . Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with Ribavirin Granules in treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease , can rapidly improve the symptoms , promote their recovery , the curative effect is accurate , safety reliable , worthy of clinical use .
