An introduction was made on the real-time rainfall data exchange system used currently by Baise Re?gime Sub-center, based on which the authors discuss how to utilize the MWR satellite station system to realize real-time rainfall data transmission and exchange by connecting the private network of Sub-center to the satellite station network, installing a real-time rainfall database as well as a regime exchange system.
