目的：探讨酒依赖患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与健康人群的区别及其与酒依赖患者认知功能障碍的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）分别检测酒依赖组与健康对照组血浆 Hcy水平。采用改良版威斯康星卡片分类测验（M －WCST）、视觉记忆测验、逻辑记忆测验对两组进行认知功能检查。比较两组Hcy水平及认知功能差异及酒依赖组认知功能测验各项得分与 Hcy水平的相关性。结果酒依赖组血浆 Hcy水平7．200（6．595，8．940）μmol／L显著高于对照组5．905（5．063，6．630）μmol／L ，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。酒依赖组的M －WCST中正确数、完成分类数低于对照组，错误数、持续错误数、随机错误数高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。酒依赖组视觉记忆测验及逻辑记忆测验评分低于对照组，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。酒依赖组 Hcy水平与M －WCST中的正确数呈负相关（r ＝－0．59383，P＜0．01），与错误数、持续错误数及随机错误数呈正相关（r分别为0．59059，0．72851，0．35468；P＜0．01）；酒依赖组 Hcy水平与视觉记忆测验呈负相关（r ＝－0．43724，P＜0．05），与逻辑记忆测验呈负相关（r ＝－0．40987，P＜0．05）。结论酒依赖组血浆Hcy水平升高；酒依赖组认知功能明显受损。血浆 Hcy水平可能是评估酒依赖患者认知功能损伤程度的一个指标。

Objective To discuss the change of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels in alcohol de‐pendence patients and the relationship between Hcy levels and cognitive impairment .Methods The plas‐ma Hcy levels in alcohol dependence group and control group were examined with enzyme-linked immu‐no -sorbent assay(ELSIA) .The cognitive functions were assessed by using the modified Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (M -WCST) ,visual reproduction and the logical memory test .Results The Hcy levels in alcohol dependence group 7 .200(6 .595 ,8 .940)μmol/l were significantly higher than those in the control group 5 .905(5 .063 ,6 .630)μmol/l (P < 0 .01) .The alcohol dependence group had significantly poor performance in the correct responses and numbers of categories ,perseverative errors and non-persever‐ative errors of M -WCST compared with control group (P< 0 .05);Both of the scores of the visual re‐production and the logical memory test had significantly lower in the alcohol dependence group than those in the control group (P < 0 .01) .The Hcy levels negatively correlated with the numbers of correct re‐sponses of M -WCST in the alcohol dependence group (r = -0 .59 383 ,P < 0 .01) ,but the positively correlated with the numbers of total errors ,perseverative errors and non -perseverative errors (r =0.590 59 ,0 .728 51 ,0 .354 68 ,respectively ;P < 0 .01) .Both of the scores of the visual reproduction (r =-0 .437 24 ,P < 0 .05 ,) and the logical memory test (r= -0 .409 87 ,P< 0 .05) had significantly nega‐tive correlation with the Hcy levels in alcohod dependence group .Conclusions The Hcy levels were high‐er in alcohol dependence patients compared to the healthy controls .The alcohol dependence patients dem‐onstrate impairments in cognition .The Hcy level may be a indicator to assess the degree of the cognitive impairments of the alcohol dependence patients .
