温拌沥青混合料具有热拌沥青混合料的路用性能优异和冷拌沥青混合料的节能环保等优点,其温拌技术逐渐成为业内研究的热点。文章采用自主研发的 APTL 温拌剂和稳定型橡胶改性沥青为原材料制备温拌沥青混合料,研究了温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料的毛体积相对密度和孔隙率,分析了 APTL 浓缩液的稀释比例、温拌剂掺量以及温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料的降温幅度,通过对温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料路用性能的差异比较,阐明了 APTL 温拌剂的温拌效果。结果表明:APTL 浓缩液的稀释比例为10%和温拌剂掺量为10%时,混合料的孔隙率最小;APTL 温拌剂可使马歇尔击实成型和旋转压实成型的混合料集料加热温度分别降低了40和60℃,且不会对混合料的路用性能造成显著影响。

Warm mix asphalt,which has the advantages of excellent road performance of hot mix asphalt and energy saving of cold mix asphalt,becomes the focus of research in the industry gradually.The experiment adopted the self-developed products warm agent APTL and asphalt rubber to prepare warm mix asphalt,analyzed the relative density and porosity of warm mix asphalt,explored the dilution ratio and the dosage of APTL and also the scale of drop in temperature of warm mix asphalt,and evaluated the effectiveness of APTL by comparing the difference of road performance between warm mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt.The results indicate that APTL concentrate dilution ratio should be controlled in the range of 5 ~10%,recommend that the dilution ratio of warm agent APTL concentrate is 10% and the dosage is 10%;and on the basis of adopting Marshall compactor or Superpave gyratory compactor(SGC),the mixture aggregate heating temperature can be decreased by 40℃ and 60℃ respectively by employing APTL agent,and it would not have a significant impact on road performance of mixture.
