先天性血管瘤是一类罕见的血管性肿瘤，可分为快速消退型与不消退型两种亚型。由于国内目前对于此类肿瘤的描述并不多见，临床上可能被误诊为其他先天性肿瘤，而因其两种亚型的自然病程不同，其治疗与其他先天性肿瘤有相当大的区别。因此，明确诊断该类疾病，成为临床医师的重要任务之一。该文通过复习相关文献，就先天性血管瘤的临床、病理、影像学表现、相关假说及诊断治疗现状进行综述，以期提高对该类疾病的认识。

Congenital hemangioma is a rare kind of vascular tumors which can be divided into two sub-types,rapidly involuting type and non-involuting type.As there has been only a few domestic literature about the disease,it is very likely to be misdiagnosed as infantile hemangioma or other congenital tumors,and due to the different natural courses of the two sub-types,the treatment for them are greatly different from treatment for congenital tumors.Therefore,correct and definite diagnosis of the disease has become an important mission for the clinicians.Here is to make a review of the clinical manifestation,pathological and imaging features, hypothesis,diagnosis and treatment of congenital hemangioma,in order to enrich the general knowledge of the disease.
