右美托咪定是一种新型的高效、高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂，有镇痛、镇静、抗焦虑及抑制交感神经兴奋性等作用，在欧美等国家的患儿中得到广泛应用，但在我国临床应用经验不多，给药方式以静脉注射为主，该药对于预防小儿全麻苏醒期躁动的镇静效果较理想。该文对右美托咪定预防全麻苏醒期躁动研究进展予以综述，为临床降低小儿全麻苏醒期躁动提供参考。

Dexmedetomidine is a new type of efficient,high selective α2 adrenergic receptor agonist,it has functions of analgesic,sedative,anxiolytic and inhibiting the excitability of sympathetic nerve.It has been widely used in Europe and western countries in children,but with little experience of clinical application in China.The main administration method of it is intravenous administration,and it has satisfactory effect on the prevention of agitation during recovery from general anesthesiain children .Here is to make a review of the research progress on dexmedetomidine in the prevention of agitation during recovery from general anesthesia , in order to provide reference for reducing agitation during recovery from general anesthesia in children .
